NUTELLA GETS PERSONAL

Everyone loves Nutella, so much so that there are few things as frustrating as discovering a near-empty jar in the cupboard. Which makes it especially important to ensure no-one else in the house eats it all before you.

BSTREET let fans stake a claim on their favourite spread. To name their jar, so there was absolutely no question as to whose it is.

The idea was perfect for the holidays by allowing shoppers to give the gift of Nutella to friends and family. Selfridges in London agreed by creating a seasonal exclusive shopper promotion and tasked BSTREET to handle all aspects of the personalization experience.

The program was a massive success, far exceeding all sales and volume projections resulting in initial stock selling out in days and requiring a second shipment of Nutella product and gift boxes. BSTREET and Selfridges are working on more personalization experience so stand by!
